“Chiba International Human Resource Development”　is an incorporated non-profit organization established by the members with plenty of international cooperation experience and strong tie of mutual trust, and the purpose of this NPO is to reach the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by collecting the information on human resource development in developing countries and promoting the cooperation/alliance with private companies which are engaged in economic growth, sustainable social development and poverty reduction in those countries.

 We squarely look at the problems of international society such as refugees resulting from conflicts and the poorest segment of the population, and promote sustainable self-reliance supports for these people to create a joyful environment, by sharing each other’s ingenuity and using our members’ experience in human resource development.
